It has the same mechanical properties as Grade 2 but Palladium (Pd) is added to its structure. It is one of the most resistant materials in the world against crevice corrosion and reducing acids at low temperatures.
Chlorine gas production, formic/acetic acid processes, aggressive chemical reactors.
